This Privacy Policy is meant to provide understanding on what and why information is collected and how to update and delete the information.

OBJECTIVE

The Tonlesap App aims to share technical knowledge and link App User especially farmers to explore new agricultural technologies and to access to information of input, market and financial services while it links to different supply chain actors.

WHAT APP USER CAN CREATE AND PROVIDE TO TONLESAP

App User can create their own farm activities by providing their farm information and allow the Tonlesap App to receive and access those information. The information provided by App User may include but not limited to  age range, address, telephone number, gender, contact, social media information and profile, GPS information, activity and performance information. App User is allowed to change/update their address information only.

OTHER VARIOUS INFORMATON OBTIANED AND COMBINED

Information provided by App User will be combined with other information that the Tonlesap App obtained from Tonlesap App sources, transactions and communications. Those information may include but not limited to information from direct mail, catalogs, events, products and applications, other Tonlesap App interactions, publicly available data and data from third parties.

THE USAGE OF DATA TO BUILD BETTER TONLESAP APP

All informations collected are used for maintaining and improving Tonlesap App, development of new services, performance measurement and communication to App User.

DEFAULT SHARING

When App User joins or uses certain services within the App, the App User agrees to publicly share a basic amount of provided information such as phone number, gender, age range and city and district location.

OPTION TO SHARE INFORMATION

App User may choose to share certain information in order to participate in certain features by adjusting their privacy settings and share more information. App User may also choose to share their activity on other platforms through other web browsers therefore please read the privacy policies of those platforms.

WHEN THIS POLICY APPLIES

This Privacy Policy is applied to all of the information offered by Tonlesap App, including YouTube, Android and services offered on third-party sites such as advertising service.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy will be changed from time to time. App User’s rights under this Privacy Policy will not be reduced without App User’s explicit consent.

Tonlesap App will not guarantee the security or confidentiality of the information provided by App User. Tonlesap App does NOT be responsible for any loss of information or data obtained.

Tonlesap App is a distributor and NOT a publisher of any Publications and has no editorial control over the content including opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content expressed made available to Tonlesap App. Thus, Tonlesap App will not take responsibility for the accuracy or the reliability for any information or facts provided therein or that is made available through Tonlesap App, by other third party than the authorized Tonlesap App employees who are acting on their official capacities.
